A: The office building is open 7am to 7pm weekdays, tenants have access all week
Q: What is included with the rent?
A: Monthly rent includes utilities, common area expenses, real estate taxes, and trash services.
Q: Is there a space for meetings in the building?
A: Yes, we have a conference room available to reserve for a full or half day.
Q: What is the situation for outgoing and incoming mail?
A: We have FedEx, UPS, and USPS drop boxes on site as well as postal carriers that deliver and pickup to and from each suite.
Q: What is the parking like?
A: We have very spacious parking for Tenants and Clients with a lot on the North, South, East, and West sides of the building, as well as handicap parking and loading zones outside of the main entrances.

A: There are Men and Women’s restrooms on each floor.
